megavolkan Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 After upgrading Kalyway 10.5.1 installation to 10.5.2KalyCombo update with 10.5.2Kaly kernels update and official Leopard Graphics update my machine no longer shutting down. It turns the monitor off but machine is still powered and fans are running. Every time i have to shut it down manually. Before update all were fine. (Also sleeps but doesn't wake, but i don't care) Any ideas?? My specs: Kalyway 10.5.2 updated from 10.5.1 MSI P965 Neo mobo OnBoard sound with ALC883.kext OnBoard LAN out of the box working GeForce 8800GTS 320MB with nvinject (from kalyway dvd) 2GB RAM SATA DVD and SATA HDD Thanks for your help PS: Sorry if double-posted but search didn't return any links related. Captain Papenfuss Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 I have the same problem it doesnt even shut off the monitor it just sort of freezes and I have to manually power it down.
