Drac
Hey all, installing on a P4 3.0ghz w/ SSE2, using macosx_10.4.3_8f1111_for_dtk_userdvd.iso "patched with wesleys patch". Trying to install on own harddrive, I get to the point where it checks the CD/DVD and It resets to a terminal looking for a debugger, says none is found and I have to reboot. Any ideas? R. Bear Helms
It's trying to find a hard disk volume it can mount, or at least read the partition table from. I wrote this Wiki entry regarding prepping a hard drive (partition) for use prior to installing OS X: http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...r_Windows_XP.3F Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/8952-crash-at-checking-installation-cd/#findComment-55874 Share on other sites
