racoutlaw Posted February 21, 2008 Share Posted February 21, 2008 Ok i am posting this using my new instalation of os x 10.5 by kalaway and after install it would not boot from hard drive just would keep restarting.After much looking and reading i found a command to boot up the hard drive by using the dvd to start it.. rd=disk0s1 So that worked and i am in mac x playing right now but my ? is how can i fix the boot on the drive from inside the mac os or just how to fix it in general..... p.s. this took me like 2 weeks just to get it this far.... My system MSI P6N SLI motherboard p4 3.2gig single core cpu 1 gig ddr2 ram I am still leaarning and have no clue what that command i found does to let it boot but it works but if i come across anything i will put what i find here....
