n0greenfx Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 hi, i am brand new to osx86 i do have a desktop and a macbook so i know my way around both os's but i jut got a hp dv6000 here are the specs.. AMD Turion 64 x2 mobile technology TL-58 2 gigs of ram\ nvidia geforce go 6150 broadcom wireless adapter i have a 10.4 jas osx cd for amd and im currently getting one called jas osx amd-intel with ppf 1 and 2 when i boot from the cd i have my mouse and keyboard both dont work?? i use sb mouse it does work..i cilick next and osx cant find a hdd to install on so i went to disk utilities to try and find it and all that shows is my dvd drive?? hopefully the new copy i am getting will fix this issue...what are the proper steps i need to take to get this laptop up and running with the newest osx i can have and all hardware working?? any help would be awesome. thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/88372-help-hp-dv6000/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
