zsteir Posted February 10, 2006 Share Posted February 10, 2006 Dear All, I've got 10.4.3 8f1099 on a Thinkpad T42. The thinkpad does not have a Windows Key, and so I only have two modifier keys available to me, the CTRL and ALT key. osx86 automatically identifies the ALT key with the Apple key, and the Ctrl key with the Control key, but apple's "option" key is not mapped anywhere. How can I get this functionality? I've tried mapping the Option key to the CAPS LOCK, using the keyboard preferences, but this doesn't seem to work. Any key mapped to the CAPS LOCk just stops functioning. Any ideas? Thanks!
