Lanceomni
Hi,Is it possible to somehow enable Target Disk mode on OSX86 Leopard? I would like to connect my other mac to it, so i can back it up. Thanks Michael @ mlavio829 I am pretty certain Target Disk Mode is a hardware feature and so the answer would be no. It would be nice though. [EDIT] Man I didnt realize how old this thread is. ROAMINGGNOME should be given a medal for actually using the search function and not flooding the forum. @roaminggnomes You might have an easier time creating a new install on an external harddrive using the EFI partition for the necessary files to get your hack running and leave the actual install retail. Im fairly certain you would be able to then boot that drive on your hack or your mac.
