plaen
In my case, i used the same Kalyway zip you have, i extracted it using stuff it expander, i read somewhere out here that it will work best for unzipping it, after i got it all unzipped, there should be 2 pictures, a readme file, an iso file and a .ds_store file, i used Nero 7 to burn the iso, and burned it to a dvd+r at 2.4x, the slower the better. Got it all booted, cept that it was taking a loooong time to load, like 30-40 mins a button click, and since i dont have a dual core, the cpus=1 switch did nothing, so i started playing around with my bios settings, on my dell inspiron 600m, there is an option for security certificates, i turned that to accept if there isnt a valid certificate and the installer boots and runs with no problems Have Fun! death4507
Simon I was having similar issues and I recently fixed it by using a DVD-RW instead. Now I don't get any EBIOS: errors. Hope this helps Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/86101-help-with-kalyway-install/#findComment-626381 Share on other sites
