Sonnet Tempo Sata / nVidia GeForce fx 5500 not working

Very cool stuff guys! A few tinsy problems with the install on my Compaq Presario SR1034NX, I want to use it as a headless (no monitor) video server to a tv using the s-video out on my Maddog nVidia GeForce FX 5500 (ok so I guess technically the tv 'could' be considered a monitor)

 

For the install I did use a normal vga monitor. Ok, I installed JaS 10.4.8 with my grapics card in everything goes well until reboot (I chose all appropriate options intel extensions, nvidia support, most common hardware) after the grey apple and spinning whirlygig, I get a blue screen looks like an apple background but no login window.

 

So I reinstalled without the graphics card and just used onboard video (physically removed nVidia card from machine) and install went great set it up as a ARD/ssh/afp server, test it over the network *then* I shut it down installed nVidia card rebooted and I got the blue screen but could NOT reach it over the network! How do I get this video card working?

 

Also I have a Sonnet Tech Tempo Sata adapter pci card I want to work but it won't work, its a mac card I don't understand why it won't work.
