espskog Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 I have bought HW worth of $2500 and hope this might work :-) Hardware: Nexus Psile Cabinet with CPU: T7200 Core2Duo 2GHz, 4MBL2 Cache, FSB677MHz (Merom) RAM: 2 x 1024 DDR2 677MHz CL5 NonECC Kingston Memory Mobo: Commell LV-677 - Chipset Intel 945GM / ICH7M - Audio: ALC880 NIC: Intel 82573L 10/100/1000 Graphic: Gigabyte GeForce 8600GT 256MB PCI-E 16x OnBoard Graphic: Intel GMA950 Disk: 500GB SATA 7200RPM Western Digital CF: Will be a 8GB CF DISK (onboard on moboslot) to boot OSX from DVD: Panasonic UJ-845 DVD±R/RW/RAM I keep my fingers crossed. I´ve googled my butt off in order to check the compatibility of this setup and as far as I know, it will work with OSX 10.5.x. Feedback is welcome... PS! For you who have not yet seen this Psile cabinet, google it and check the reviews on Youtube. It´s one super-hot cabinet.
