Ok, so I just installed Leopard...at least the installation went through, and I got to the part where it restarts, and it restarted, and now I'm stuck...maybe I'm doing something wrong.

when I boot, everything runs fine until I got to a part that said "Panic"

I've searched the forums and have come up with nothing...maybe I've been searching for the wrong thing.

Here's what my screen says (from top to bottom, I'm not going to cut anything out):

yeah...that was a pain in the neck to type out...literally, lol

but anyway, I get to that point, and it all stops...

my system is as follows:

AMD 64 4000+ @ 2.2 GHz

Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe

2GB G.Skill RAM

Nvidia 7600GS

Seagate 250GB SATA3 HDD

Hitachi 60GB IDE HDD (with Leopard supposedly installed)

Asus DVD-RAM SATA Drive

I seriously doubt I have to say any more, but ask if I've forgotten something.

any suggestions...or anything?

This happened to me many a time! I can safely say that the solution is, after selecting your volume to boot, type in "-x" without quotes. It should work perfectly! :( Good luck!

Thanks dude! now I'm having problems getting through the user setup, lol

it all resets once I get to the part where it asks you if you want to transfer your info from your old mac, and I say no, cause my firewire cable's gone missing.

anyway...thanks a lot!
