MichalK
Hi, Could anyone drop me a vanilla version of the appleacpiplatform.kext ? I can find many versions (ToH disk, Kaly disk, postpatch "ext.org" folder, postpatch "ext.core" folder) however cannot determine which one (if any) could be vanilla. I'm running ToH with PC EFI v8, on E2180@P5LD2 with vanilla kernel. I would like to use as many vanilla kext as possible. Thanks in advance, Michal Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/85265-vanilla-appleacpiplatform/ Share on other sites

Enjoy Thanks for your helping hand However, this one does not seem to be vanilla - it reports 1.0.3 and already includes ACPIPS2Nub.kext plugin; I think that the vanilla version for Leopard is 1.1.0 but I know that there were some hacked versions released that had the version number changed manually. Strange thing is, every distro comes with own AppleACPIPlatform.kext ) So, still need the vanilla one to go as vanilla as possible Michal Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/85265-vanilla-appleacpiplatform/#findComment-605647 Share on other sites
