ethangk
Hey, I installed kalyway 10.5.1 tonight but was getting boot loop and digging around the forums led me to believe that its because of the nvidia driver I installed. Is there any way to reinstall kalyway? ethangk Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/84573-reinstall-already-installed-machine/ Share on other sites
grifter
Have you tried removing the Nvidia driver you installed? The same thing happened with me when I installed Nvinject. Removed it from my system and everything was ok. You might not need to reinstall. Skyper
Go to catch Darwine bootloader by pressing F8, type -s. When at the prompt, type "/sbin/mount -uw /" (without quote), then type "rm -rf /Volumes/Leopard/System/Library/Extensions/NVinject.kext" (without quote) Hope this helps Good luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/84573-reinstall-already-installed-machine/#findComment-600672 Share on other sites
ethangk
When I typed /sbin/mount -uw / it says 'Kernel overflows available space' then stops me from typing anything else Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/84573-reinstall-already-installed-machine/#findComment-601308 Share on other sites
