Minker17
I don't know if this is the right section or not, but here it goes. I have my Leopard image I want to install on my PC. My specs show that it will work, I just need a little info on what I need. There are dozens of guides out there, but I don't know which one applies to me.I just have a .dmg of Leopard that I am currently converting to .iso for pc. I'm assuming I will need a patch to apply to this to work on my pc? I will also have to restore the .iso to a partition as I don't have a DVD9 laying around. So, am I correct in my assumption that I have to: Convert to .iso, Get Patch, Apply Patch, Restore to partition (external drive), Boot from USB, Install?Any help would be greatly appreciated!!Also, in case my image doesn't work. What is the preferred image to use for Core 2 Duos and P4s? sakesensei
Hi there. In the first place, you'll probably want to find and get an already patched image for single layer dvd. There are some of them out there, and probably they will come with the respective instructions. cheers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/83379-first-post-noob-questions-be-kind/#findComment-592138 Share on other sites
Minker17
So you think rather than doing everything above I should just find a pre-patched image, say one around 2.44GB Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/83379-first-post-noob-questions-be-kind/#findComment-592141 Share on other sites
