.Ga
Hi, I have a sony vaio NR10E/S with an intel X3100 graphics chipset. I've tried to install Leopard with iatkos1.0i R2 : the install runs fine but when the computer reboot, I just heard music and don't see anything on the screen. I've just the time to see a blue screen before it became black. When i plug a vga monitor on my vga output, i can see a greyscreen on the second monitor and the cursor move. How can I solve this problem ? Thanks a lot. Schulz
Try the -x option to go into safe mode. Then you could try installing some drivers to to your board. Sorry, I've got an ati card, so I have no clue how to setup your card. Anyway, safe mode will probably give you some control over your system Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/82221-blackscreen-with-iatkosv10ir2-on-sony-vaio-nr10es-x3100/#findComment-583842 Share on other sites
Foodie Monster
Here's another thought: iATKOS is a piece of {censored}, get Kalyway and try again. More often than not the problem might be with iATKOS, at least from a quick glance regarding which distro most people are having the most problems with...
