Rod Posted January 31, 2006 Share Posted January 31, 2006 Hello, I am installing 10.4.3 on my Compaq laptop (specs above) but encounter a problem... It freezes at the installation. I was able to run 10.4.1 very well by entering platform=x86pc at the boot command. Here is another deal. I join a picture of my screen while booting. I burned macosx_10.4.3_8f1111_for_dtk_userdvd.dmg converted to .iso and patched with the latest JaS patch on a dvd-r.
