from 10.4.1 to macosx_10.4.3_8f1111...How to, please?

Guys, i have 10.4.1 system working well on my machine, but i would like to update to 10.4.3.

I made a download of macosx_10.4.3_8f1111_for_dtk_userdvd, but i don't know how to upgrade it.

Does anyone can help me to do this, on step by step, please?

Just boot on the 10.4.3 patched DVD and it will offers you update option
