I have already done searching through the forum for an answer, but could not find one for this specific problem. I appreciate your help!

I have 3 IDE PATA hard drives laying around, and I would like to connect them all to my computer, so I bought a PCI Controller Card and hooked them up with a ribbon cable.

Here's a picture of what the box looks like:

I can make it work and recognize the hard drives on my Windows XP partition, after installing the drivers on the CD. Is there a way to make it work in OS X?

Thanks for your help!

I'm guessing from the lack of responses, no one else is interested in doing this or has done what I'm trying to do before. :)

I did more searching and even though I couldn't find a definitive answer, a number of other OSx86 users said they would connect more IDE Hard Drives with a PATA-SATA converter. (Plug the PATA side into the HDD and then the SATA side into the Motherboard.) I went ahead and ordered one off Ebay because it was $2. I'll let you know how it works when I get it.
