DickPeter
After many hours of irc-ing, and searching the web for an answer, I have still not found a way to switch the outputs on my P25-S526 Toshiba Laptop with an nVidia GeForce Go 5200 card. It uses the external vga port only upon install, leaving me with a black screen on my LCD. I am just looking for a way to switch the outputs (possibly in a kext file?) OR just disable the external output and use only the LCD. Please help me out. I'm working on this for my brother it's his birthday in a couple of days and we can't afford to get him a new laptop - I'd like to make his old one start working. Thanks in advance! DickPeter
Or if there is anyone who knows of another version of any of these that already runs the way I need it? I can't afford to spend much more time on this... Eli Mor
If you guys can't help at least point me to somewhere I can help myself? Were you ever able to fix this problem? I have installed the iPC 10.5.6 and I'm struggling with this issue on a toshiba P25-S509. Was wondering if anyone ever got the wide screen to work Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/76867-huge-problem-with-nvidia-geforce-go-5200/#findComment-1112280 Share on other sites
