========= Requirements =========

- DVD install disc by ToH which you can download from torrent, try to find it here http://www.mininova.org/tor/1012794

- Must have mainboard GA-965P-DS4 rev 1.0, 1Gb RAM+, SATA HDD and SATA DVD, USB stick.

- Files to download: Leo-for-DS4.zip, download it to USB stick but don't extract yet link below.

- 5 Heineiken bottles, a dirty magazine or some cartoon (optional)

========= Preperation - BIOS setting =========

- Limit CPUID Max to 3: Disable

- CPU Enhanced: Disable

- CPU EIST funtions:Disable

- Make sure CD-DVD boot first then HDD

- SATA RAID/AHCI Mode: AHCI

- Connect HDD SATA and DVD SATA to Intel controller (Orange)

- Make USB label PATCHER, system file FAT32 and file Leo-for-DS4 to it.

- Make a partition and format to NTFS or FAT32.

========= Installation =========

- Boot it up from DVD

- When it show up in GUI, go to Disc utitlities: then go to Erase the Partition which you want to install OSx to (choose MacOS Extended Journaled file system), lable it MACOS (1) (or whatever you like, case sensitive). After its done, right click to that partition --> information, at line disk identifier you will notice something like this "diskXsY", remember that for later use (2).

- Go back to you installer, customize your packets you want to install then wait for it to complete, now its time for those beer and magazines we've been preprared, sit back andenjoy your real life for a few minutes. After it finished, reboot but don't take out DVD, let it be in the tray or you can't boot to MACOS.

========= Post Installation =========

- When it starts, in some cases your keyboard cant not be identified, press left Alt for a few times but dont hold after a few second if it still can regzonize your Keyboard press ESC, when it appears a message that your keyboard cant be identitfied just click to continue, or if your keyboard is recognized then move on to fill out those fields, name, password, etc ...

- Plug your USB Stick, copy Leo-for-DS4.zip to Desktop, double clip on that file, it will extract all files to folder Leo-for-DS4, now double click to folder Leo-for-DS4 to go inside.

- First kext install: Drag AppleVIAATA.kext to Kext_helper b7, provide your password and click Easy Install and wait till it's finished.

**** This part concern who only want to boot from HDD connect to Jmicron Controller (purple one), after install AppleVIAATA.kext, then go to Disk Utilities to repair permission of your disk (the partition you installed MACOS). When repair is done you MUST turn off computer otherwise it won't boot from Jmicron (it took me 3 nights to figure this out by install and reinstall thousand of times). When it turns off, connect HDD to Jmicron Controller which is purple color in your mainboard. ****

- If you want Intel Controller, you don't have to restart, so let move on

- Drag ALC883-GA-965P-S3.txt to file AppleHDAPatcherv1.20.app, wait until it's finished.

- Select IONetworkingFamily.kext and AppleSMBIOS.kext to Kext_helper b7, type password and wait for it to finish. Restart computer.

- After restart, go to folder Leo-for-DS4 again, drag dsmos.kext to kext_helper b7.

- Go to Terminal and type (no quote):

- "sudo su" then give your password.

- "cd /Users/XXX/Desktop/Leo-for-DS4" (XXX is your account your created)

- "rm -f /mach_kernel"

- "cp mach_kernel* /"

- "chown root:wheel /mach_kernel*"

- "chmod 644 /mach_kernel*"

- "rm -R /System/Library/Extensions/AppleEFIRuntime.kext"

- "rm /System/Library/Extensions.mkext"

- "cp -R pc_efi_v80 /Volumes/PATCHER"

- Restart

========= EFI Installation =========

- Now boot from DVD like in Installation procedure, when it all loaded and windows appear, go to Terminal and type:

- "/usr/misc/script.sh MACOS" (MACOS is the label of your MAC as in (1))

- "diskutil umount diskXsY" (diskXsY is in (2) i mentioned before, for an example mine is disk0s1)

- "cd /Volumes/PATCHER/pc_efi_v80"

- "startupfiletool /dev/diskXsY ./boot_v8" (diskXsY is in (2) i mentioned before, for an example mine is disk0s1)

- Restart and you're done.

- The last thing is your Graphic card driver, i am using Asus7950GT 512MB so i've installed NVinject 0.15, it works great with full QE/CI.

- You can now go online and update your MacOS to 10.5.1 and enjoy it. My MACOS now works perfect with only one really annoying bug: NO SLEEP/REBOOT/SHUTDOWN. I've install successfully Final Cut Pro 5.1, Call of Duty 2, Office 2004, Azureus, iGetter, VLC, Sophos antivirus, Toast, Yahoo messenger with no problem and ofcourse update 10.5.1 :wacko:

TIPS: if you want Laser mouse works in MACOS keep looking for software names Steermouse, it's just a great soft.

- If installation process goes smooth, you will have MacOS in less than 30 mins, otherwise you will waste hours or in some cases 2 days straight with nearly 4h sleeping, for me it's 5 nights less sleeping to get this result. Now excuse me, i have to go get some sleeps before i pass out. See you later. All credits go to those guys in osx86scene and insanelymac but i can't remember who, i am so tired, sorry.

- My Xbench: http://db.xbench.com/merge.xhtml?doc1=2588...;setCookie=true (it's little low than normal cause i have something to download in Azureus in background)
