I'm looking at buying a mini very soon, the 1.83 Core Duo model. It comes with 1GB ram. I want to know what the max amount ram the system can utilize

Apple shows its upgradable to 2gb, but is the limit? Can it actually support more? I've seen some sites show it can do up to 3GB 1x2048 / 1x1024 - True? Can it do 4GB??

This will be my first actual Mac. I've got a hackintosh, but tired of certain issues with some of the iLife stuff (mainly iDVD) not working fully (AMD hackintosh)

Thanks!

Apple's "complete specs" on the mini indicate that the maximum amount of ram the mini can handle is 2 gigs.

If someone can shed some light on if I'm right or wrong that'd be great... because the only thing holding me back from buying a mini is the amount of ram it can hold.
