won't load

please see my screen and let me know if you have any thoughts.

 

I've got an ECS 671-T with the dreaded Sis Chipset 671 and 968

memorex ide dvd drive

two sata hd's

core 2 duo quad

brazildvd.iso burned from the bay, possible I need to ad dev ids to iso before burning? andif so how do I find the ids? I have vista installed on one hd.

 

any help?
