heloagathon Posted November 30, 2007 Share Posted November 30, 2007 my roommate, thinking she was helping me allowed an update to run on my hacked version of mac os x now i can not re install on my pc for some reason. i have wiped the HD using both fast wipes and the 35 pass 26 hour wipe and still everyttime i finish the install it starts to reboot and as it finishes its start up (right where it would show you the desk top) it simply ... shuts down, sort of. the screen goes black and the hard drive stops doing anything.... help please. this machine ran so much better under OS x i would like it back.
