Nate B
Hey all- I installed osx86 on my GX240 Optiplex dell. I am using the onboard sound card, but when I use it, it is very crackily, and when I use iTunes it sounds like all my music has a frequency shift, as if the music is being played faster than it should. Any ideas how to fix this? Anyone run into the same problem? Thanks Nate B Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/7236-sound-card-frequency-shift/ Share on other sites
Callysto
Theres a utility called Audio MIDI Setup in /Applications/utilities and you can adjust the frequency where it says Audio Output change it to 48000.0Hz and see if that helps it has been reported to by some people Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/7236-sound-card-frequency-shift/#findComment-45159 Share on other sites
