b2unit Posted November 14, 2007 Share Posted November 14, 2007 I install the <Intel PRO 1000 MT Desktop Adaptor> on G4/450(sawtooth, MacOS 10.4.10, firmware version 4.2.8f1). It works! even though I installed nothing special but only on 100mb speed not gigabit. I set gigabit speed on Network preference in manual mode but only work on 100mb speed. (I tested on other PC it works fine on gigabit speed) everything around this device are ready for gigabit condition(switch, cable etc..) I think driver problem..Is there suggestion?
