brooksmarlin
Here's what I'm getting: Intel BLKD975XBX2KR LGA 775 Intel 975X ATX Intel Motherboard ASUS EN7300GT SILENT/HTD/256M GeForce 7300GT 256MB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620A 320GB 7200 RPM IDE Ultra ATA100 Hard Drive SAMSUNG 18X DVD±R DVD Burner Black SATA The 975XBX2 seems to be the consensus board among everyone here for hardware support. Am I reading it right that an IDE HD and a SATA optical drive are the right choices? I'm planning on using mac.nub and I'm hoping for as little hassle as possible. Any other things I need to know? Thanks. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/68782-hardware-check/ Share on other sites
Synaesthesia
Looks fine. There are cheaper boards than the 975xbx that also work great, but you should have no issues Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/68782-hardware-check/#findComment-489041 Share on other sites
