Ive tryed to burn the Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2] iso file to a DVD-R medium. But when i use Burn At Once, its saying, that the media is not supported - the samw with  ISO-Recorder. Ive Burned it with Nero using the imagewriting function - but after burning, there was NOTHING on the dvd - and therefore not bootable. What am I doing wrong? I know that the DVD-R is supported, since ive burnt on that kinda media before...

Do I need to preprocess the isofile somehow?

Plz hlp.

hmm... thats weird, tryed 2 burn another .iso file, but with same result.. But why does nero "think" that it can burn it - and then theres nothing on the disc..?.
. . try another [reputable] brand of DVD media first, then if they don't work [for this *.iso; but do for others] check its md5sum - this link might be helpful.

Okay, think ive found the "problem" - or should we call it the newbi ignorance?!

Ive accedently bought dvd-r media (which used to be no problem) - but apparently u cant burn images onto that and then reed it afterwards allthough Nero thinks u can - since my burner is dvd+r (DOH!!!) ... Sry for my ignorance guys - and thx for the fast replies!
