Screen problems

Hi guys

 

First of all I hope i'm in the right place.

So now to my question: I have a macbook. Now I had it in the sleep mode and accidently ripped off the power cable. I plugged it back in and my macbook resumed osx. Since it did that my sreen is partly cloudy. My screen also moves a little bit when i move my mouse. So for example if i move my mouse upwards it seems to stretch and the font becomes cloudy. So it really seems like the "picture" is too big for the screen.

So i changed the resolution and it stops moving but the font is still cloudy.

 

I really hope someone can help me.
