Ho istallato il fichissimo mac os x 10.4.8 (ho un P4 e secondo osx86project è la versione che fa al caso mio), seguendo la guida -Prepararsi a OSx Tiger- di empty skull. Ebbene, installo mac os versione 10.4.8 JaS AMD Intel SSE2 SSE3 PPF1, ma terminata l’installazione al primo avvio del sistema tutto si blocca, ho provato: -v, -x, -s, ma il sistema non a intenzione di smuoversi. L’errore che mi riporta è il seguente: localhost mDNSResponder: Couldn’t read user-specified Computer Name; using default bMacintosh-000D879EA937b instead localhost mDNSResponder: Couldn’t read user-specified local hostname; using default bMacintosh-000D879EA937.localb instead Ho cercato pure nei vari post, ma solo nella sezione in inglese è menzionato qualcosa inerente ad un problema con la scheda di rete o wireless. Io ho solo quella di rete che ho scollegato, ma l’errore si ripresenta. Sul PC monto anche una per vedere la TV sul PC, ho staccato anche quella ma niente da fare. Ora sto “acquistando” la versione upuck 10.4.9 v1.4i r2 dalla Baia, dite che questa versione possa andarmi bene? Ho trovato la XXX 10.4.10 sulla baia ma è solo per AMD? io ho un intel P4! It fixes the Jmicron devices support when booting from the DVD. It fixes the corrupted 8.10.3 System.kext. It hides the AMD kernel option, usless without AMD binaries. 1- E perchè è solo di un giga e otto? Contro i 4,30 della jas? 2- E' un istallazione completa o solo un aggiornamento? 3- Per il mio problema portebbe essere un problema di kernel? 4- Ho notato in altre discussioni il kernel semthex, per emulare SSE3...c'è una guida per installarlo? The patch contains the undo data just in case... PPF-O-Matic and MD5 checksum for the patched iso included. Ho preso un fake o ho e tutto ok?
