Anyways, the only thing that doesn't work is Photoshop CS3, i downloaded the trial but it just give an error and closes again..

it says:

The Application Photoshop has unexpectadly quit. A crash report has been generated. To provide us with the best chance of fixing this problem, please select Continue to add a detailed description that includes the steps required to reproduce the crash.

Adobe will use this crash report to help find a future solution to this problem.

Anyone know what to do? Or recognize this?

Just had the same problem with Photoshop CS3; using a $199 upgrade package; upgrading from Photoshop 7.0 It crashed right after entering the serial number.

I'm running Leopard 10.5.4 and I fixed the problem by replacing the AppleSMBIOS.kext with one I got off my Leopard 10.5.1 install DVD. I used Pacifist to grab a fresh copy of AppleSMBIOS.kext. Used OSx86 Tools Utility to install the new kext. Worked like a charm and was very easy.
