VoeN Posted October 11, 2007 Share Posted October 11, 2007 Hey, I'm using 10.4.8 and its working fine howerver, i downloaded Mac.OS.X.Tiger.10.4.10.X86-HOTiSO for 10.4.10 and i keep getting the Operating System Not Found... mnem0 Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 I have same problems. Install went smoothly but when I rebooted and pulled DVD out its comes up with a "Operating System Not Found"? Have I missed something? All help are appriciated. mnem0 Posted October 28, 2007 Share Posted October 28, 2007 Ok, Now that I tried probably everything it just says Operating System not found when I try to boot it. I got FSC Laptop, Intel CPU and Radeon GPU. I can install whole thing without any problems. I've partitioned HDD many times. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here? cheers. mnem0 Posted October 28, 2007 Share Posted October 28, 2007 Solved. I dont know actually what I did. Deleted all partitions. Used OSX DVD's fdisk. started terminal->fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0->created HFS partition->write->exit Anyhow, installer didnt see this partition so I went to disk utility and formatted partition. Installed and booted finally successfully to OSx86! Hope this helps somebody how stuggles same issues.
