Boris4ka
Hey everyone, I have installed OSX86 on my old Dell before, it was fun. I want to install it on my new computer now just to mess around with it. My specs: E6600 @ 2.6GHz Gigabyte GA-P35-S3L 2GB Corsair XMS2 320GB Seagate Barracuda EVGA 8800GTS 320MB I wasn't able to find a hardware compatibility list, so can you guys tell me if there are drivers for my motherboard's onboard HD sound and ethernet ports, and my GFX card? The only thing I wasn't able to find a hacked driver for on my old dell was my Linksys WUSB54Gv2, and I'm using that wifi receiver with my new computer. I doubt someone has made a driver for Version2 of the receiver, but if they have, that'd be great. I've been out of the OSX86 scene for a while, so if you can also tell me the latest and best version out there, that'd be great. thanks P.S. Has the mouse artifacting problem been fixed? shoarthing
Hi - the compatibiity list has been updated to 10.4.9: there is a possibility now you may get an NV 8xxx to work: there are 2x 10.4.10 DVDs ["Kalyway" & "XxX"], both of which need to have a ppf applied. Boris4ka
Thanks I'll try that. Also I forgot to mention I have an MX518, will it work? Or will the back and forward buttons be not suported?
