Please Help!

i'm using the Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2].iso

and i have the

ASUS P5VDC-MX motherboard

and i have a SATA hard-drive

 

and after i put the image in the drive to start the installation i get some lines of text

and then the line:

 

apple16x50uaictsync1:detected....

and a line after that one i get:

 

still waiting for root device

 

what should i do?
