sponkemonke
I was just finished installing UpHuck's 10.4.9 disk. Everything goes well in Mac. No problems at all. Now when I tried to boot my Windows Partition, I get an error message saying winload.exe is missing or corrupt. I tried using my Vista install disk to repair but it didn't even pick up my installation. Now, does anyone know how to make Windows working again? It's a stupid question but I might have to use my old parallel port printer soon. FYI: I have my partitions set up like this: 0:1 100 GB <---- My Windows partition 0:2 100 GB <---- My Mac parttion 0:3 115 GB <---- All my files They're all on one drive now and I'm using the Darwin loader. Dan Druff
I've read on the uphuck DVD that their disk utils releases do not support very well partitionning and may produce errors (like destroying your entire data). Can't remember where it's written but that putted a stop to my eager to try uphuck that day. I also remember that they said to read careFULLY the informations provided on the DVD. Good luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/64230-winloadexe-missing-in-vista/#findComment-461881 Share on other sites
