art_director Posted September 21, 2007 Share Posted September 21, 2007 Hi all, the installation went fine with uphuck 10.4.8 image after "cpus=2 -v -x platform=X86PC". But now, i reboot and an error appears. Okay, at the prompt i retype the parameters again and it starts up. Good! Is there an easy way to solve this problem? I mean without typing at the prompt. I tried to switch off LAN, Audio and SATA, no success. Anyway, the os boots so far, but i dont have Audio, LAN, and i cant change the screen resolution, 16:10=1440x900. The Card ist also not listed in SystemProfiler. Is there some experience what may help me?
