I get a 'Still waiting for root device' Error when i insert the DVD!! it apperas the thing when it says press any key to boot form DVD, then some code appear, then the font gets smaller and it says a lot of things... then it stops... after some time the error appears... then after a while the error appear again..i let it run ( waiting for the rrot device to load or something i don't know) and the error just kepps appearing like 30 mins... so i really need a hand on this one! could be the DVD ?? i'm runnig it on a Laptop Fujitsu Simens Amilo M 1425, i checked the osx86 prject on wiki and this laptop appear there with the JaS 10.4.8 that's the one i have: Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/63773-still-waiting-for-root-device-error/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
