jenellej Posted September 19, 2007 Share Posted September 19, 2007 Hi everyone, Im having problems running uphuck's 10.4.9 1.4i installation on my notebook... Specs: Core Duo T2300 (1.66ghz) 1 GB DDR2 80GB SATA ACL883 Audio (worked before using AppleHDA Patcher) ATI Mobility X1400 (used to work, without QE and only at 1024x768) Problem: It ran fine the first time I installed uphuck's 10.4.9 but I decided to reinstall OSX86 because im having problems with my x1400 not giving 1280x800 resolution despite following the guides to change the Pboot.list file to force the desired resolution. After installation, the -v boot option showed everything was booting fine then when the login app was started, all I got was a black screen and sometimes a black&white striped screen and sometimes a green&black striped screen on the LCD... the HDD activity LED was still blinking so I assume the login app is working but my display is not..
