zorkanz
I have two pci cards in my asus p5b motherboard. 1. a usb pci card with 2 usb ports and 2 firewire ports. (brand : digiconnect) On one of these ports a dongle for cubase is connected and the mac x86 recognises it and cubase runs just fine. So above means it does read the pci card and the dongle ??? 2. a rme audio card. (digi 9632) pci version Using the the original mac drivers. I get no audio in mac x86 and it gives a failure if i boot using the -v option saying something about a link error in with the .kext extension file. I use drivers build for (10.2.8 or up) driver for DIGI9636/52. Is there anybody who has simular problems with installing pci card drivers. I would really love this card to work because everything else is working perfectly. Since i have no knowledge about mac osx deeply i will never get this card to work. Is there anyone ho could help me out, should i install just like the drivers like rme says or should every driver be installed differently because of the x86 os.? any help is appreciated. thnx ramon Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/63212-anybody-got-pci-cards-that-work-on-the-new-1049/ Share on other sites
