The-PYRO
Later today, I plan on setting up my dual-boot with os x and Win XP already installed. (10.4.3 8f1111 w/ wesley's patch) I'm going to use the built in bootloader in windows, but I have a question about it. I know that I must add the chain0 to my windows drive then add C:\chain0 and then add C:\chain0="Mac OS X" I understand that part, but when am I supposed to do that? What if I automatically boot os x when I start up? I've heard about just hitting F8 when that happens, but I've also heard that that doesn't always work. I am going to install os x on a separate hd, so do I need to make that 6-10 GB partition? I didn't really understand that. Thanks. *EDIT* 2 more questions. How do I change a patch after os x is installed? How do I unpatch something?
