mixomix Posted September 2, 2007 Share Posted September 2, 2007 Hi folks, I am experiencing a strange problem with switching applications. Let me explain... If I minimize some app to the dock (lets say safari) I cannot reach it with Command-Tab shortcut. When I select it from the applications list, during the switch, the only thing that happends is that my Upper nenu is switched, but the app is still minimized.... bibendum Posted September 2, 2007 Share Posted September 2, 2007 The behavior you describe is normal, AFAIK. When you minimize a window for an app to the dock, you're not minimizing the app, you're just minimizing the window. So, when you switch to it, it is with the window still minimized. HIDING an app is different. If you do a cmd-H to hide an app, when you switch to it, it re-appears.
