chuckie Posted August 30, 2007 Share Posted August 30, 2007 Hey everyone, I tried toi install the Mac OS on my system. I have a HP laptop tx1000, with AMD TL-52 CPU. Mac OS installation works perfectly fine under VMware but it Stopped when I tried to actually install on my system as one of the main OS. The installation was hardly began on my PC; first, it comes out with the usual question, "if you want to enter the Darwin installation.", clicked, the grey screen with the apple logo in the middle comes up, and it STOPPED!!! Can anyone tell me what happened? You mean the apple screen froze completely? Or did it just take forever? Because it can take a very long time (people say 15 minutes on here). Try hitting F8 on the Darwin boot, and put in -v, hit enter.. then you'll be able to see the errors it's getting.
