seaker Posted December 23, 2005 Share Posted December 23, 2005 Hey, I'm an osx86 n00b and I'm psyched to get started on an osx86 box... I'm trying to determine what motherboard I want to use. There's plenty of them on the list to pick from. I'd like to stick to a cheap socket478 w/ a cheap CeleronD that handles SSE3... I want the hardware to fall into place easily so I can focus on other parts of the project so the main question here is Just to handle OSX86 & look/flow nicely (no crazy video editing needed) would a slow 2ghz processor work? What's the most common hardware that you guys use in your osx86 machines?
