Success but only once..

Hello Everyone.

I have the following good enough machine

 

i915 motherboard

P4 3.0 HT

2G RAM

 

Nvidia 7300 card and a 23" LCD cx226bw

 

I downloaded the OS X 10.9(is it really 10.8?) with SSE pathches

and let me say that it was a PAIN to get it installed.

 

The problems were Mouse and keyboard not recognized - i have them working

in USB slots now..seems only way to get them working

 

And the screen orientation seemed to vary according to reboot: flipped left.

flipped right , upside down, half-screen and finally full and working.

A real twighlight zone install!

 

I KNOW if I reboot my machine it will go through this again unless I fix some stuff ..

Any guides you can recommend?
