twisted blatino Posted August 15, 2007 Share Posted August 15, 2007 Hello, Because the jas 10.4.8 didnt work for me ( gave me still waiting for root device) i downloade the uphuck 10.4.9. i actually got to installing osx, after erasing and doing the usual. But midway of installation, i get an error saying " there were errors installing the software please try reinstalling" here are my specs Hp pavilion ze2000 amd sempron 3000+ sse3 512 ram 60 gig hdd ati x200( i heard its not very compatible) broadcom wireless conexant audio so in the install type i chose amd 10.4.9 of course the sse3 kernal ( i also switched it up to uni. 3 with no avail) power bundel, x200 patch, wireless driver, sound, the things i needed then i chose mainly most of the apps. ( i did try with none of the apps but still didnt work) i researched it wasnt much help maybe you guys can help PLEASE , im a imac future buyer but just wana test osx out b4 the leap.
