eVGA 6200 PCIE Secondary display does not work

Hi Everyone,

 

I have been using Hacintosh for a few weeks now. I recently added a secondary display to my setup. The problem is that I am unable to get the secondary display to work. I can see the boot messages on both the displays, but as soon as the blue GUI comes up on the primary display, the secondary one just goes blank. Nothing comes on that display then onwards. I have tried the "Detect Displays" in the display preference, but that did not help. I have even set the display resolution to 640x480, but still not good.

 

The graphics card has 1 VGA port and 1 DVI port. The VGA port works fine, but the DVI port does not work, when both the displays are in use. I have tried to swap the displays with the two ports, but, everytime the DVI port does not give any output. Also, just to re-iterate, both do display the boot messages, only from the time the blue GUI comes up, the secondary display goes blank.

 

My configuration is as follows:

 

1 AMD64 Athlon 3200 CPU

2 GB RAM

200 GB Maxtor SATA

DFI Lanparty nForce4 Motherboard

6200 eVGA PCIe Graphics Card 128 MB

19"W Acer LCD Display (Primary Display)

32" Toshiba LCD TV (Secondary Display)

Uphuck 1.3 (10.4.9 - Tubgirl AMD)

 

I was wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot and fix the issue. Let me know, if I missed some important piece of information or did something really stupid
