enb14
A few months ago I've upgraded my old 250GB Hard drive for a 500GB one, now I have 4 partitions, one for OSX, Vista, XP and one partition larger than 100 GB (Fat32) for my files to be accessed on any OS, but unfortunately this one doesn't seems to work well, for example I can't move files, but I can copy, I can't delete files but I can do a move to trash and so on. My question is what's the limit for a Stable FAT32 partition? I'm using 10.4.10 SSE3, NX/DX, PAE, HPET D945GNTL mobo. dragonflyd12
fat 32 wasnt made to handle 100 gb partitions... format it into a newer format or split it up into smaller partitions Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/58801-my-100gb-fat32-partition-doesnt-works-well/#findComment-420035 Share on other sites
