Hello everyone

I'm new here, and hope someone will be able to help

I 'v just installed JaS 10.4.8 MacOSx86, and with a couple of drivers it works almost perfect,

except some things:

1. Main problem - cannot establish VPN internet connection. LAN works well, i can see the local network computers, but when i try to vpn-connect, it says "Status: Idle" and after a second, "The server does not exist. Verify adress..." etc.

Used exactly the same settings, IP, router and DNS adresses, login&pass, as in my WinXP (where VPN works fine when local connection is active). What can be done? Its the only serious thing that stops me from fully migrating on MacOS.

(by the way, my provider support is very dumb guys, they said that they dont care about mac os users, because they dont have any, except me and  its better for me to use Win XP :poster_oops: Sometimes Russia is really wiiild :)

2. Second problem: strange usb work. I can use my flash stick, macOS detects it, but transfer speed is very slow compared to Windows. And i cannot see my Ipod nano when i attach it. Tried USBFamily.kext with no effect. And my usb logitech mouse scroll wheel isn't working. With ps/2 mouse, all ok. Logitech control centre cant detect mouse.

3. My video card works well with Titan drivers, but Adobe CS3 apps works to slow compared to Windows. Can it be drivers problem?

Maybe i need macvidia driver, whats the difference between titan and macvidia?

My system:

Nvidia Nforce4 socket AM2 motherboard with Athlon64 1.8 Gghz processor

Nvidia GeForce 7300 (works well with Titan drivers, full ci/qe support)

Audio Realtek AC97 onboard (woks init.)

LAN Realtek RTL 8168/8111 onboard (works with RealtekR1000 drivers)

1 GB Ram

Thanks
