Guest Ramm
What version of Natit did you use? This is a 256mb card, yes? You shouldn't need to enter your device ID to get it to work. Guest Ramm
It's not very hard. Download Natit (or Titan) and put the .kext in /System/Library/Extensions, then repair permissions (diskutil repairpermissions <diskname>) and reboot. omygod711
your way would not work... I was doing a much more complicated installation method.. I was able to get resolution change with Macvidia but I cannot get anywhere with Natit or Titan. if i get those two to work i suppose to able to get QE/CI also that was my issue Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/57540-need-help-with-6600-with-natit/#findComment-411547 Share on other sites
Guest Ramm
Why wouldn't it? Delete any video drivers you have and install Natit v.02 and repair permissions. It should work finely. omygod711
ok i already had all the geforece* and NVidia* kext removed only Natit is in there if i only repair permission, no luck the extension would not load if i do that i had to use chown and chmod to make it run but even if i get it running it is as if i didnt install anything.. I used the natit i found link from in osx86project both the nov 12 Natit and the dual v.2 had been used Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/57540-need-help-with-6600-with-natit/#findComment-411567 Share on other sites
Guest Ramm
There is no resolution changing or QE/CI? You have to do it manually, usually (res change). Go into display preferences, then click Detect Displays. To check for QE/CI, you need to go into About this mac -> More Info.
