After 5-10 minutes of intensive work temperature raises over 70C and notebook hangs up. frizbot Posted July 17, 2007 Share Posted July 17, 2007 Lower the frequency or enjoy instability. Try enabling speedstep with the new kernels (ACPIcputhrottle.kext etc). Try vacuuming the air vent to reduce dust buildup (a vacuum can cause ESD damage, use a good vacuum and not for long).
