andymadonna Posted July 16, 2007 Share Posted July 16, 2007 Hi everybody! I just installed osx86 and it seemed to install ok, but now it won't boot. When I boot up GRUB comes up and Mac osx86 is one of the options but when I select it it just goes to a black screen with a blinking block curser. And when I switch the active partition to the one with osx86, it comes up Operating system not found. Thank you in advanced for any help! mediaGuy Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 Hi Guys! I'm new here, but I've been rean and following this board for ile before joining. I'm having ailar issue. I installed on a seperate drive (Primary) I let the OSX X86 Disk Utility format and partition my drive. Then I installed on that drive, and it went without a hitch. I then went to BOOT, and it went NOWHERE - Just sits there with a BLACK SCREEN, and a bliking cursur. Any Help would be appreciated.
