J.Picard Posted July 15, 2007 Share Posted July 15, 2007 I've installed succesful 10.4.8. So my problem is the booting order. My Device is a thinkpad with Ultrabay. The normal HDD is with OSX and in Ultrabay is WindowsXP. To select the booting device, i have to change the boot order in bios, cause only the first HDD is shown in the boot list of the bios by selecting the boot order. My wish is to change something in darwin or so, to select both HDD's with the OS Can someone help me? Black_Mamba Posted July 23, 2007 Share Posted July 23, 2007 Did you tried to update your BIOS? I have a similar situation on my T60p and the HD selection works like a charm. J.Picard Posted July 28, 2007 Author Share Posted July 28, 2007 Sorry for my late answer. My Bios is the latest one from lenovo. I'have updated this with SystemUpdater2 in WinXP. But the boot selection shows only 1 hd-device. When i start the bios and change the order from the hd-devices, can i boot the other device. Is there any other chance?
